Travel Style - Handloom Wrap Dress

If you've been following my travel blog, you'd know that I recently ventured to Orange County Resorts in Kabini! Here comes my OOTD from Kabini!
I made this dress out of a fabric woven by visually challenged people at NIVH (National Institute of Visually Handicapped), Poonamalle, Chennai! My mom got the fabric for me and I could'nt just wrap my head around the fact that training was given and visually challenged people could handle a handloom!!! Its a part of their vocational training!!!

Dress: Bhushavali
Leggings: Thrifted from a flea market in Chennai
Hat & Goggles: H&M
Footwear: Flipkart

Earrings: Received as gift from a friend

Its a simple wrap dress and I chose to wear it with leggings! I took this hat & glasses to keep up with the whole grayscale look. What do you think about it? Actually the 2 belong to my guy! I just looted it from him saying they are unisex! Btw, yes, I'm majorly tanned, thanks to safari and roaming in the sun for 3 days!!

  7. I am loving the wrap dress. It seems like it is light weight enough to wear in the hot weather, dressy and comfortable at the same time. I have not seen many in this style sold here but it would be wonderful if we did. You have inspired me :)
