WEDDING DIARIES - Post Wedding Shoot Attire - Complete Look!
Finally here's the post on the complete look. I'm pretty sure, you've got an idea of what to expect after the sneak peek posts of Jewelry & Makeup of this look...
Its a fact that every westerner is awe struck by the brightness and colorfulness of Indian weddings and every Indian dreams of a pristine white wedding!!! I wanted the best of both worlds. I love colors and I totally love the sarees I opted for my wedding and reception....
But that white gown had always attracted me too. So for the post wedding outdoor shoot, I opted to wear a white gown and 'he' wore a 3 piece formal suit. No, not exactly a gown and not pure white. It was an off white gold combo, which I prefer much more than bleached white which would look like a stark contrast on my wheatish skin tone.
I made it in 2 pieces as top and skirt, coz only then, I'd be able to reuse it, wearing the skirt with some other top and the top with some other shorter skirt. It was a shoulder length golden net veil, that I attached onto my hair bun (this time its only my real hair!).
