Viviana Eye Makeup - A Review

A Ultimate Test of Water Resistance
Viviana is newly launched Indian brand of cosmetics, based in Delhi. I do have a preference to Indian brands in all products - Lakme, Biotique, Himalayas, and the list goes on. So now a new addition is Viviana. Here is a review of 2 of their products Inkliner and Kajal.
The Kajal is a water resistant one and contains castor oil and natural waxes. Its a typical thick pencil type kajal that has to be sharpened. It was not jet black, but a dark grey.
The Inkliner is a fine brush tipped pen style liner like Lakme Eye Artist. Its easy to draw with this if you don't have a firm hand to draw with the normal liquid liner. It claims its waterproof, quick dry, super long wear. Yes, it was quick dry indeed. Only negative would be the strong chemical smell it emanates as soon as you open its lid for the first time! Otherwise very good.
Now that both these product claim water resistance, lets put that into test!!!
Soon after applying Liner & Kajal. Liner almost dried immediately...

After half an hour of sweating, plus sprinkling of water...

After splashing several handfuls of water... Both Kajal n Liner still intact.

After almost pouring loads of water... Till this time I did not touch it. Still intact.

After letting the water dry. Still haven't touched. But the color is starting to fade.

Once completely dry, tried rubbing it. Still not going off completely...

More water and more rubbing. Finally the liner gave up its ghost and the kajal smudged...
That's awesome, isn't it!!! Passed with flying colors. Its indeed super long wear and water resistant...
Actually, could segregate it into 2 to 3 features. Sweat resistant - Yes! Drizzle resistant - Yes! Rain resistant - Yes! Emotional tears and rubbing resistant - Nooooooo......
The products were gifted by by the company, however the opinions are of my own experience and are this post does not to advertise the product.
