On a Casual Date - Style 11


Semi Formals to Urban Gypsy!!! - contd.
You saw my last post on how I sported a monotone look to office. Here's transforming that semi formals to an outfit for a casual outing with friends, not changing the garment but only the accessories. And as I said its an urban gypsy look with blue and green tones with quirky accessories!!! Here it is....

Leggings: Thrifted from a Flea market in Bangalore
Shoes: Khadims
Shrug: Bhushavali [made of Handloom fabric]
Terracotta Earrings: Handmade from Karnataka
Butterfly Hairclip: From a Street Store in Chennai
Beaded Necklace: Handmade by tribal artisans of Tamil Nadu
Glass Fish Necklace: Handmade by an artisan from Tamilnadu
Ring: Handmade by an artisan from Haryana
Glass Bangles: Handmade by Mohammad Yunus of Delhi
It's the same Mohammad Yunus from whom America's First Lady Michelle Obama got her bangles, when she visited India. These bangles are handmade by him and its specialty is that it doesn't have a single joint!
