Lakme Sun Expert SPF 24 & 50 - A Review

Summer here in my part of the world is horrible! Not just horrible. Very very horrible! Wearing sunscreen is like a basic necessity here. Recently while looking for sunscreens, I   looked into the range of Sunscreens by Lakme.  Lakme has a very good range of sunscreens called Sun Expert. Some of the variants  are SPF 24, 30 (in 2 variants for oily & dry), 50, after-sun facewash & after-sun gel. Well here's a mini review of 2 of those!

First is Lakme Sun Expert Fairness & UV Lotion SPF 24, PA++. So as said it has SPF 24 which is good for everyday wear, but not so great if you're sun exposed day long and need a super protection! It has a flip cap, so its not so travel friendly! Its off white in color and a bit liquidy texture! Though it says its for all skin types, oily skin people might have to layer it with a coat of face powder, so face doesn't look greasy! If you have a normal skin, you could even skip moisturizer! It has a soft, delicate aroma! However as a fairness lotion, it doesn't par!!!

Next is Lakme Sun Expert SPF 50, PA+++. SPF 50 is awesome. It works really good for day long sun exposure. It a bit thick, errrr, very thick solution. It has a harder smell than SPF 24 lotion, a bit chemical-ly smell. Though it says its for dry to normal skin, I think its more suitable for oily skin. The thick consistency looks matt and perfect on oily skin. And infact this may not be suitable for dry skin at all, if not layered with moisturizer! It comes in a super s*xy steel pump. So perfectly travel friendly. A small bit is enough for a great coverage. I love this one, definitely!!!

P.S: The product was gifted by the company for reviewing purpose, in collaboration with Indibloggerhowever the opinions are of my own experience and are this post does not to advertise the product.
