LWD & Customized Jewelry!
Yes, I've had some customized jewellery earlier too. Remember this video, where I posted the process of the jewellery being made? But then, I never had any jewellery with my name on it! Its not a big deal to engrave my name on a piece of jewellery, but one cut in my name??? Now, that's something! 
Remember Sarah Jessica Parker (SJP), wearing a pendant that says 'Carrie' in S** and the City (SATC)? Something like that! I loved that necklace!!! Is there any girl / lady who doesn't love anything from SATC???!!!!!



I came across this site, ONecklace to check out the Carrie Necklace, and I was in for a pleasant surprise! Guess what, they have Carrie styled rings too! I'm more of a statement jewellery person than subtle jewellery. A simple pendant with my name would be nice. But comparing with a possibility of having a statement ring with my name - the ring won hands down. I'll go for the necklace, next time... 
I totally loved the ring when it arrived. It was 925 sterling silver and was pretty thick, not the kind that loses shape under slightest pressure. The finish was glossy and my half-name 'Bhusha' was laser cut in a nice font! I loved it to the core... I ordered a big size, so I can wear it as a thumb ring... Somehow wearing my own name on ring finger, sounds a bit..... er.......... weird!

 Btw, about the dress, recently I came across this beautiful white eyelet detail fabric and I bought it. The biggest plus point was that the design as well as the size of the eyelets were not too big or complex. The simplicity made the fabric so versatile. I wanted an LWD since a long time now and so I decided to make an Little White Dress out of it. Liked it?

    White eyelet is one of my favorite fabrics for dresses! Looks just wonderful on you!

    Do they show SATC on Indian television? I always thought it would be too racy, lol! I'm a huge fan and always wanted one of those "Carrie" style necklaces ... with my name of course! In Sri Lanka they've been selling name pendants since I was a child, mainly in Sinhalese and Tamil, but now I'm sure they do them in English too.
