L'Oreal Cannes Look - Velvet Backless Dress

Cannes Film Festival just got over and how I wish I was there!!! Hard luck. Anyways, L'Oreal, the official makeup partner of Cannes, asked what would I wear if I attended Cannes! Now, that's a fun blog post to work on, isn't it... Well, I came up with 2 looks and here's look 1 in this post and look 2 is coming up soon...
L'Oreal Paris has recently come up with this new collection called L'Or Lumiere for the Cannes Film Festival 2014. Its a collection of Color Riche Moist Matte Lipsticks in 12 shades and Superliner Gel Matic pen Eyeliners in 5 shades. My makeup is with these products. But first more on my outfit...
I spotted is absolutely stunning velvet, backless, dress with bow knot detail at the back on Romwe, I knew that was the perfect dress for this look. Except for the backless style, its otherwise very modest. Well, I do not wear Backless, so I opted to layer it with a black stretch top within.
