Travel Style - LBD & Sneakers

I've worn my LBD as formals or semi formals or quirky, but never sporty!!! This time, on my trip to Berlin (yes, the same trip when my guy wore this OOTD) I wanted to try that out.

I wore my good old LBD with the Puma Shoes and finished the look with a maroon hairband that matched the shoes. I chose the asymmetrical red apple earrings that I wore already here to be subtle yet match the whole look.

LBD: Bhushavali
Shoes: Puma
Hairband: Irresistible Me
Watch: Titan Fastrack
Goggles: Primark

Some pics here are from Memorial for Murdered Jews, which was just surreal!!! It was a sunny day when we went and the way light and shadow fell on this architecture was just surreal! It created a 'is it 3D or 2D?' kinda feeling!!! I did not sit or step on these pillars coz I dunno about the sentiments of the locals about the place. Here are some of my pics at the location. I kept photographing so much till my guy last his patience!!! So yeah, the 2 pics above and the first pic were taken at this location.
In this pic above, I'm at the infamous Berlin Wall or rather, at the line where the Berlin wall once stood. This is close to Checkpoint Charlie which was the legal crossing point from West to East Germany!!!!

  4. It is pretty interesting. I love how you look. You are like a model. I have realized that bloggers are somewhat similar to actors and actresses. They can also be an instant super models on their own. By the way, all your photos look cute.

  5. The set up of that memorial is very photogenic. I hope I can see it for real someday. Very somber dedication though.

  7. I remember being at that memorial. I couldn't stop crying because it was so powerful. It seems strange to go from talking about that to talking about your outfit, but I do like your dress a lot. I'm an earring collector, so I like the apple earrings too.

  8. I am not much into fashion, so the first thought that comes to mind may be too weird. One is that it is Puma that you were wearing, and I am thinking of Nike. Because of the black and red color, it follows that what flashed in my head was the FIRST ever Michael Jordan shoes. If I still had them, they would be worth a lot more than they did in auctions.

  9. The Memorial for murdered jews looks like a good place to take photos tho it's a bit weird to think people are buried there hehe. If I too was there I think I will have a photo sprer as well! Love your look too :)

  10. I felt weird reading that you took photos at The Memorial. I was thinking, wouldn't they haunt you? But nevertheless, wearing LBD goes a long way and since it's black, it could pretty much match anything, with any color. I love how you project in your photos!

  11. Little black dress and sneakers are cool together. It is so nice that you got the chance to visit this place of remembrance. The place looks awesome. The architect who created this is very talented.

  12. When I saw the first photo you shared, I immediately remembered the article I read about the selfies and OOTD shots that were taken at The Memorial that were edited by an artist to show that the Jews were still alive but in their emaciated state already. It was a bit creepy yet thought-provoking. I know you meant well when you took these photos though. I'm a World War 2 fanatic so I can't wait to pay a visit to this place as well (next to Auschwitz and Birkenau). I would probably bawl my eyes out because I feel a very deep connection with the slain Jews.

  13. I love your look for this post. It's so laid-back, yet sporty. It's so my style. Look at that headband! It's giving a bit of cuteness to your ensemble. You looks so adorable at the shot where your head is peeking out. <3 Kudos to your guy for doing a good job at taking beautiful photos of you. I just wish he complained less though. haha
