Fashion Panache

Every year Pantone comes up with the color of the year and this year its Ultra Violet and I had to come up with a post honouring that coz of this jacket! I found this jacket at a flea market in Brussels. I jumped at it not just coz of its color, but also coz of its cut! I don't own a cape jacket yet!!! My first idea was to combine it with yellow, its complementary color. But then.....

Atyudarini just got this pair of pants in purple pink color combo (which incidentally were the Pantone color of the year 2016 - Rose Quartz and Serenity, and the only year that had 2 colors)! The specialty of this - low crotch line to fit in cloth diapers. These are called Big Butt Pants and is a design concept by Tamari, the lady behind Tiktaks! So I thought why not match my daughter and combine my ultraviolet jacket with pink!
