Mellow by Roberto Verino Perfume - A Review

All of my Indian readers would know of the TV Channel NDTV Good Times. For the rest, its an Indian Lifestyle TV Channel. One of the popular shows of it is I'm Too Se*y For My Shoes, a fashion & style show hosted by Ambika Anand. It's a mega hit show and came in several editions. Of those, the 4th edition was ITSFMS All Access. It had a contest called 'Work The Trend' at the end of each episode and one of it was Statement jewelry!
Remember this pic from the post on what I wore to a Book Launch Event? In this I'm wearing a tribal collar necklace made by a tribal artisan from Madhya Pradesh. Its one of my favourite pieces and so, obviously I sent it and forgot all about it. 
After a month came a mail that reminded that I participated in this. Reminded??? No, a mail that said I WON!!!!! Yippee!!!!!!! 
So, what did I win??? Here they are... First is this amazing, mesmerizing, super pleasant, soft, perfume!!! Its the Mellow by Roberto Verino. It has a Floral - Fruity - Musky. So far, this is the most pleasant, feminine perfume I've ever used. Its packed in an elegant (can't call it cute though) pink cardboard box with a pixelated abstract design on it. Inside is another cardboard box inside which is the glass perfume bottle.
The glass perfume bottle is a flat distorted circle with flat base, again in pleasant pink. Its a spray type bottle and its cap is colorless transparent. The entire thing is surrounded by a tight, flat rubber band that says Roberto Verino.  
See, the top of the lid? There's an RV engraved on it!!! 
Its top notes are Fresh and Appetizing with Pear, Peach, Bergamot and Orange. The heart note is Romantic with Roses, Jasmine and Violets. The bottom note is Sensual with Sandalwood, Vanilla, Amber and White musk. That's a perfect combo for me. I love the initial feel of the freshness of Orange and Pear. Ever since I was young, I've always loved Jasmine and have used the traditional Jasmine perfume. Roses are my fave and violets are so sensual! Sandalwood again is a favourite. Its such a perfect combo. Its not overpowering, at the same time its not too light. Its perfect to work, to a date, to a lunch with girls, simply, its just perfect!!!
Well, I also did receive a voucher for the bag brand Esbeda which unfortunately I couldn't encash, before its last date, as their store was not in my city and they don't have an online store!!! Sad!!!!!!
