Dancing Garba in Ahmedabad!
Some readers of this blog might know that I own another blog on travel called, My Travelogue. The most recent post there is on my trip to Ahmedabad to celebrate Navaratri. Navaratri in Ahmedabad, by default, means dancing Garba at night. Here's what I wore for the event.
Skirt: Bhushavali (same as worn here)
Blouse: Bhushavali (same as worn here)
Leharia Saree : Handmade by artisans of Gujarat (same as worn here)
[I've folded it into half and wore it around the body like half-saree / davani]

Tie dyed Scarf (worn over head): From a Flea Market in Ahmedabad
Earrings: Handmade by artisans of Madhya Pradesh
Beaded Necklaces: Handmade by tribal artisans of Rajasthan
Lac Bangles: Handmade by tribal artisans of
Threaded Bangles: Dakshinachitra, Chennai
Ring: Zariin Designer Jewelry (same as worn here)
