Diwali Outfit - Leharia Saree on Shimmer Skirt

After 3 versions, here's version 4...

Skirt, Earrings: Same as in Version 1 of Diwali outfit
Blouse: Same as in Version 3
Bracelet: Handmade by artisans of Madhya Pradesh
Saree: Handmade by artisans of Gujarat

In this case, I traditionalized it all the more and wore the skirt with the blouse as seen in prev. post and then wore a saree on top of it!!! The saree is called Leharia, a tie and dye craft of Gujarat. It compliments Bandhni, which is clumping of fabric and dyeing, whereas this one is rolling of fabric along the width and tying it with rope, diagonally all over the length of the fabric. Its a very fine and thin saree, so it was perfect to be layered on top of the shimmery skirt!!! I wore the saree a bit higher than usual way of touching the floor, so the border part of the skirt is visible!!!!
The bracelet is handmade enamel work from Madhya Pradesh...
