FOY Skincare - A Review

One of the newly launched skincare brands in London is F.O.Y which stands for Fountain Of Youth. It has exactly 8 products under its wings. This is particularly a professional range of skincare, meaning its more used by skincare specialists & beauticians on their clients. I tried out 4 of their products and here comes the review.
The one I liked the most was F.O.Y Absolute Nectar Massage Oil. It comes in a plastic container with twist open dispenser. I've already told you about my new found love for oils a couple of posts earlier. And this one is a fabulous recipe of Avacado Oil, Jojoba Oil & Olive Oil. Both Avacado & Olve oils are great moisturizers and Jojoba oil has regenerative properties. This is by far, the best moisturizer I've used. The aroma is mild and lingering. The skin is the softest ever when I use this and feels so hydrated and supple! One 50p sized dollop is enough for both hands and one more for both legs. Its colorless and it isn't heavy as well. It doesn't stain the garment.
The next product is the F.O.Y Revitalizing Eye Gel. This comes in a smaller plastic container with a pump dispenser. A slight press on the finger top dispenses a tiny little amount of the gel. That is enough for both eyes. I ideally, dot around my eyes and massage with my ring finger. The gel is colorless. The first thing I felt was that its chill, really chill. That's great coz, in mornings, its soothes the puffed eyes and in evenings it feels so good on tired eyes after staring at the computer all day! The gel gets instantly absorbed by the skin and it serves as a good base for eye makeup. Apart from Echinacea (Daisy flowers), Hyaluronic acid & Centella Asiatica (Brahmi), this also has Chamomile which is an added advantage. I've been using this for a week now and my eyes feel relaxed and cool. However there's no change in the fine lines or dark circles.
Then there's a F.O.Y Moisturizing Day Cream & F.O.Y Rejuvenating Night Cream. Both are minty green colored creams. Both come in a glass tub container, so you have to dip your finger in it to use, so you have to have clean hands before using it and never to share! The day cream contains Hyaluronic Acid, Shea Butter & Jojoba Oil. Its a good moisturizer. It didn't breakout my super sensitive skin which is something! Its gets absorbed pretty quick leaving the skin nourished. Skin doesn't feel very supple though. Its totally weightless and can be worn below makeup. The night cream contains Ginseng root, Brahmi, Symphytum (Sankootan aka Mookuthi poo), Vitamin E, Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil and few more stuff too. The feel on the skin didn't feel any different from the day cream!
The brand claims that its products do not contain parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate, or animal derivatives which is a good news as well.

P.S: The product was gifted by the company for reviewing purpose, however the opinions are of my own experience and are this post does not to advertise the product.
