One of the recent arrivals in India from Maybelline is the Brow Pencil. Well, actually make it 3. Its a combo of 3 brow products - Brow Pencil, Duo Shaper and Pomade Crayon! I got my hands on the Brow Pencil and here's the review of the same.
As I've already said, I have a bit weird brows! The inner half is perfect while it gets really sparse for the outer half! Many a times, you may have noticed it in this blog whenever I go without makeup or without filling eyebrows! So this was one good product!
The texture is creamy and I usually fill my brows with hairline strokes. The color is brown. Though I have black hair, for filling, this kinda suited perfectly! The first pic is my hairline stroke (with reducing pressure) and the second pic is the actual color of the pencil. So the pigmentation is pretty decent! Works perfectly for my skin & hair color. It has a typical wooden pencil packaging which I'm not very fond of. I prefer the twist-up packaging any day! It doesn't come with a sharper, but at its price point (Rs.175) you can't expect it as well!

Maybelline is one of my favorite drugstore beauty brand. Its affordable, fun and experimental. Most of my lipstick are from Maybelline so am pretty sure that even their eyebrow products are great too.

ReplyDeleteI have not used this product. It`s relatively inexpensive though. I`m not sure if we have this specific brow pencil in my country.

Maybelline has been a go-to brand for beauty products. It's nice that the brown color is a good match for you.
