Fashion Panache now at LONDON!

..and Selfridges loves INDIA...

If you had observed carefully, you might have noticed in my last week's post! The event of Kassandra Lauren Gorden and the bloggers I met here, could have given you the clue of where I am! Oh yeah, I'm in London. I've moved here temporarily and will continue to blog from here. And celebrating my first Diwali / Deepavali in London as I write this post!
And on the first weekend here, where did I venture to? The travel blogger in me, wanted to venture somewhere weird. However the fashion blogger in me, took over the travel blogger (plus my beloved's preference too!), and we ventured to Oxford Street.
It is the high fashion centre of London, that houses all major designers stand alone stores as well as a section within the famous Selfridges incl. big names like Alexander McQueen, Chanel, Salvatore Ferregamo, Versace, Vivienne Westwood, Georgio Armani, Diane Von Furstenberg, Michael Kors and the list goes on..... That's a mannequin display with origami styled apparel!

I thoroughly enjoyed browsing through (buying is out of question!), the mind blowing apparel & shoes & accessories. And moving about I came to a section where a mannequin was clad in saree!!!! Oh yeah, that's Bombay Electric.

The entire section shouted modern India inspired and was uber colorful and it also had a placard that said 'Selfridges loves India'....
Notice the centre portion? Its a mirror, a trial mirror to be precise! And yeah, its my own reflection!!! The range varied from sarees to a ton of accessories & jewelry. That's a bit of India influence in England! My OOTDs here on, with warmers & jackets & tights, coming up soon. Wait & watch!!!
